People seek individual psychotherapy for a variety of reasons. You might want to understand yourself and your relationships more fully. You might feel stuck in patterns of living that just don’t quite work. You might be suffering a loss, facing a daunting struggle, or feeling the weight of a traumatic experience. In therapy, we will work together to help you find your way to the life you really want to live.
Couples Therapy
It can be challenging over the course of a relationship to stay close to the person you love. Actions and patterns that alienate you from one another often arise out of a confused desire for connection. Together with a therapist, you and your partner can untangle these confusions and find your way to deeper intimacy.
Getting Started
To get started, call, email, or fill out the contact form to set up an initial appointment. We will talk about what you hope to accomplish in therapy, what difficulties you would like to explore, what questions you have, and how therapy might help. This will give you a chance to see if therapy seems right for you. If you decide to move ahead, we will set up a regular schedule, usually weekly.
