Cost

Weekly therapy is the norm, although in certain circumstances, we may meet more than once/week.

Cost: Individual therapy $150/session; Couples therapy $175/session, both due at time of service

How to Pay

Out of pocket: Some clients choose to pay out of pocket either to avoid having insurance companies be involved in managing their care or because they don't have insurance.

Out of network insurance: Many insurance companies offer out of network benefits that pay for a majority of the treatment cost. Upon request, I will provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

When speaking with your insurance company about out of network benefits, you might ask them:

Do I have out of network benefits for mental health?

How much is my deductible and has it been met?

What percentage of the session cost do you cover?

Is there a session limit?

The office is located in West Annapolis, right off of Rowe Blvd, an exit off of Highway 50. Ample parking is available in a lot attached to the building.

Take the elevator to Level 3 and turn down the hallway to the right until you see a sign saying “Suite 33 Waiting Room”.
